Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Return Process

Customers must send the item back to us first via Registered Post or Speed Post to our provided return address.

Please include the order number and contact details inside the package.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect the product.

After inspection:

A refund (item price only) will be processed OR

An exchange/replacement will be arranged as requested.

Refunds will be processed after approval and may take 7–14 working days, depending on the payment method.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If the customer requests an exchange, no additional charge is required for the replacement item (subject to availability).
