Return & Refund Policy – SMARTZONE

At SMARTZONE, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Certain items such as personal care, beauty products, and innerwear may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons unless damaged or defective.

Return Process

  • Customers must send the item back to us first via Registered Post or Speed Post to our provided return address.

  • Please include the order number and contact details inside the package.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect the product.

  • After inspection:

    • A refund (item price only) will be processed OR

    • An exchange/replacement will be arranged as requested.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed after approval and may take 7–14 working days, depending on the payment method.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If the customer requests an exchange, no additional charge is required for the replacement item (subject to availability).

  • Replacement shipping will be arranged after item inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without original packaging or beyond the return period
